CHANGE, Inc. is an FQHC and Community Action Agency based in Weirton, WV, with locations in Weirton, Wintersville, and Newell as well as the school districts of Hancock, Brooke, Steubenville, Indian Creek, and Toronto. Our core values are Integrity, Compassion, Collaboration, and Empowerment. CHANGE, Inc. Family Medical Care is hiring a graduate-level licensed social worker or counselor for our MAT program.

Qualifications

  • Graduate-level clinicians with any of the following licenses in WV: Licensed Independent Social Worker, Licensed Graduate Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or Licensed Professional Counselor.
  • Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, excellent documentation and computer skills, and the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
  • Drug and Alcohol Certification or Chemical Dependency Certification preferred.
  • Ability to work well with diverse patients and staff and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral health services in office settings and in our MAT program.
