FMC’s services are available to the entire community, regardless of age, income level, insurance status, or residence. We welcome patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurance and also offer a discount program for eligible uninsured or underinsured individuals.

Family Medical Care has been designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and obtained accreditation as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) in 2011. As a PCMH-accredited FQHC, Family Medical Care provides evidence-based health care through a wide range of healthcare services, including family, pediatrics, gynecology, mental health care, substance abuse treatment services, and oral health services. Additionally, we offer diabetic education, medication-assisted treatment, on-site lab services, transportation assistance, Family Planning and Cancer Screening Programs, and referrals for social service needs. As an FQHC, we can give patients discounts on their medical services based on their household income and size.
