Housing Counseling
CHANGE, Inc. is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency that provides Home Buyer Education workshops, Online Home Buyer Education, Finance and Credit Counseling, Rental Counseling, and Mortgage Delinquency or Default Prevention or Resolution Counseling. Individuals and families can also obtain down payment or closing cost assistance through the First Time Homebuyer Program.

Weatherization Assistance Program
Assists in reducing energy use for low-income households by improving the energy efficiency of their homes while ensuring health and safety. Services include attic, pipe, duct, and floor insulation, proper venting, attic and primary air sealing, window repair, and furnace modification and retrofit.

Emergency Repair & Replace Program
Aids households in need of emergency heat, including the repair and replacement of non-operable heating units and air conditioning units.
