Qualifications
- Must have appropriate state licensure.
- Excellent organization, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills, excellent documentation and computer skills, knowledge of care plans, and the ability to grasp new technology quickly.
- Ability to work well with diverse patients of all ages and promote a positive image for CHANGE, Inc.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
